I've got a general idea what my novel will be about. Without further ado, here's the deal. There's this guy who is a descendant from Columbus, the dude who discovered the piece of land we now call America, and which was known as the New World then. The aforementioned guy will write letters to his 'Uncle Christopher' (Columbus), about how messed up the New World is these days, and especially some nation in South America. War, kidnapping, but also fun tourism. And of course, this will all be much more literate than this crappy paragraph.
